All participants ages 2 and older require a ticket! Children age 1 and younger DO NOT need a ticket and must sit on an adult's lap on the wagon ride. There are no exceptions.

Please arrive 15 minutes BEFORE your departure time. The wagon will not wait for late arrivals.

There are NO REFUNDS. If your plans change, you are welcome to resell your ticket(s) privately. We cannot accommodate ticket changes, including but not limited to time and date selections. Thank you for your understanding.

This experience operates RAIN, SNOW, or COLD! The experience is only cancelled if travel advisories are issued for Onondaga County. The wagon is covered and enclosed, but please dress appropriately and wear your winter gear-- coat, hat, mittens, and boots! Santa's Outpost and our gift shop/refreshment areas are heated.
